Capital Campaign

Solid. That's what we aim to be here at Sunnyside. Solid in our biblical teaching, solid in our genuine love for Christ and His people, solid in our commitment to impact the community around us, and solid in our financial principles and practices.

This fall we will embark on a capital campaign to strengthen our financial footing in turbulent economic times. In more technical terms, we will strive to achieve debt elimination and infrastructure enhancement. The logic behind this effort is simple: loan payments are a drain on our resources, our church building is clearly showing signs of wear and tear, and the Shalimar House needs renovation before we can use it for ministry purposes.

On November 20th we will announce the specific details of the campaign during the Church-wide Thanksgiving Dinner. Until then, please pray for the Lord's guidance for everyone who will lead or contribute to this endeavor.

As you consider supporting our capital campaign, remember that our goals will be to pay off our loans and fix the building we have. It's that simple. It's that solid.
